These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WedMe Best website, platform, services and communications. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, engaging our services or making a booking through or with the assistance of WedMe Best, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using our services.

Our network may include:
- Hotels, resorts and wedding venues;
- Wedding planners and event management companies;
- Decorators and production agencies;
- Photographers and videographers;
- Caterers;
- Makeup artists and hairstylists;
- Entertainment artists and performers;
- Invitation and gifting specialists;
- Transport and logistics providers; and
- Other wedding and event-related professionals.
Depending upon the service selected, WedMe Best may act as a discovery platform, consultant, facilitator, planner or service provider. The exact scope of our responsibility will be determined by the quotation, proposal, agreement or confirmation issued for the relevant service.
2. Independent Vendors
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, hotels, resorts, venues, photographers, decorators, caterers, makeup artists, artists and other businesses displayed, recommended, shortlisted or introduced through WedMe Best operate as independent third-party service providers (“Vendors”).
Listing, verification, recommendation or introduction of a Vendor does not make that Vendor an employee, partner, representative or agent of WedMe Best.
Each Vendor remains responsible for its own services, commitments, pricing, quality, staff, licences, statutory compliance and contractual obligations.
3. Vendor Verification
WedMe Best may undertake reasonable efforts to review or verify Vendors before listing or recommending them.
However, the use of terms such as “Verified”, “Recommended”, “Curated” or “Preferred” should not be interpreted as an absolute guarantee of a Vendor’s future performance, service quality, availability, financial standing or conduct.
Customers are encouraged to independently evaluate Vendors, review proposals and contracts and satisfy themselves regarding suitability before confirming a booking.
4. Enquiries & Requirements
Customers should provide accurate and complete information regarding their wedding or event requirements, including where applicable:
- Wedding/event dates;
- Destination or location;
- Number of guests;
- Number of rooms;
- Venue requirements;
- Functions and event schedule;
- Food and beverage requirements;
- Decoration and production requirements;
- Entertainment requirements;
- Budget expectations; and
- Other relevant preferences.
Recommendations, quotations and availability may depend upon the accuracy of this information.
5. Availability
All venues, rooms, wedding dates, Vendors, artists and other services are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
An enquiry, recommendation, quotation, proposal, site visit, discussion or temporary hold does not constitute a confirmed booking unless confirmation requirements specified by the relevant Vendor or WedMe Best have been completed.
6. Pricing & Quotations
Prices displayed or communicated through WedMe Best may be indicative unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Final pricing may depend upon factors including:
- Wedding dates and season;
- Destination;
- Number of guests;
- Room requirements;
- Venue selection;
- Menus and catering;
- Decoration and production requirements;
- Entertainment;
- Logistics;
- Taxes;
- Vendor availability; and
- Customisation requested by the customer.
Prices may change until the booking is formally confirmed.
7. Taxes & Additional Charges
Unless specifically stated otherwise, applicable taxes, government levies, permissions, licences, transportation, accommodation, overtime, logistics and other additional expenses may be charged separately.
Customers should review the final quotation or contract carefully to understand inclusions and exclusions.
8. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after completion of the applicable confirmation requirements, which may include:
- Acceptance of the quotation or proposal;
- Execution of the relevant contract or agreement;
- Payment of the required booking amount or advance; and
- Written confirmation from WedMe Best and/or the concerned Vendor.
The exact confirmation procedure may vary between Vendors.
9. Payments
Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
Depending upon the arrangement, payments may be made:
- Directly to the Vendor;
- To WedMe Best for services provided directly by WedMe Best; or
- Through WedMe Best where it is authorised to facilitate or collect payment.
Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation, release of inventory, withdrawal of services or other consequences under the applicable booking terms.
10. WedMe Best Fees
Certain WedMe Best services may involve consultation, planning, management, facilitation, convenience or other professional fees.
Where applicable, these fees and their payment terms will be communicated before confirmation.
Fees charged by WedMe Best are separate from Vendor charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
11. Vendor Contracts
Certain bookings may require customers to enter into separate agreements directly with individual Vendors.
Customers are responsible for reviewing such agreements before signing or making payment.
Where a Vendor’s specific contractual terms apply to its services, those terms shall govern the Vendor-customer relationship for those services, subject to applicable law.
12. Cancellation, Refunds & Date Changes
Cancellation, refund, postponement and date-change policies may differ between Vendors.
Any cancellation involving a hotel, resort, venue, photographer, decorator, caterer, artist or other independent Vendor shall ordinarily be governed by that Vendor’s confirmed terms.
WedMe Best does not maintain one universal cancellation policy on behalf of all independent Vendors.
Customers should review our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy together with the specific terms applicable to each booking.
13. Customer-Requested Changes
Changes to confirmed requirements—including dates, venues, guest numbers, room inventory, menus, décor, production, entertainment or other services—may result in revised pricing or additional charges.
All changes are subject to availability and acceptance by the concerned Vendor.
14. Wedding Planning & Management Services
Where WedMe Best is specifically engaged to provide wedding planning or management services, our responsibilities will be limited to the scope agreed in the relevant proposal or contract.

15. Vendor Performance
Independent Vendors remain responsible for delivering their respective contracted services.
WedMe Best may assist with communication and coordination where appropriate but cannot guarantee that every Vendor will perform exactly according to subjective expectations.
Any complaint concerning an independent Vendor should be reported promptly so that reasonable assistance may be provided where possible.
16. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information;
- Make payments within agreed timelines;

Customers may be responsible for damage caused by themselves, their guests or Vendors appointed directly by them, subject to the relevant venue or Vendor agreement.
17. Third-Party Vendors Appointed Directly by the Customer
Where customers appoint Vendors independently, WedMe Best shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, quality or contractual obligations of such Vendors.
Hotels and venues may impose their own rules, entry fees, corkage, electricity charges, vendor fees or operational restrictions for external Vendors.
18. Photographs & Content
Photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials and other material displayed on WedMe Best may belong to WedMe Best, Vendors, customers or other authorised parties.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.
Any use of customer wedding photographs or videos by WedMe Best for promotional or marketing purposes will be subject to applicable permissions and law.

WedMe Best may contain links to Vendor websites, social-media pages, payment gateways and other third-party services.
These third-party services operate independently, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

Neither WedMe Best nor, where applicable, its Vendors shall be responsible for delay or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to the relevant contract and applicable law.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions or other force majeure events.
Where reasonably possible, the parties may explore rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WedMe Best shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the acts or omissions of independent Vendors or circumstances outside WedMe Best’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

By submitting information, customers acknowledge that relevant details may be shared with selected Vendors where necessary to respond to their wedding requirements, subject to our Privacy Policy.
25. Reviews & Feedback
Customers may be invited to submit genuine reviews and feedback regarding Vendors and WedMe Best services.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, irrelevant or otherwise violates our policies, subject to applicable law.

In the event of a dispute involving WedMe Best, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through written communication and good-faith discussions.
Disputes involving services contracted directly with an independent Vendor may be subject to that Vendor’s contractual dispute-resolution provisions.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable law.

WedMe Best brings couples, families, venues and wedding professionals together. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Vendors available through WedMe Best are independent service providers and their individual commercial, payment, cancellation and service terms may apply. Customers are advised to carefully review all applicable terms before confirming a booking or making payment.
